ABOUT THE PROJECT

Through this thread all students and teachers will work on important aspects of the project such as

  • Project outline: We will provide a brief summary of the project.
  • Project calendar: Page that will be updated monthly with the detailed information of the activities to be carried out in the present month.
  • Teacher's notebook: Notebook with information only visible to teachers that may contain our e-mail addresses, phone numbers, information on image rights in each country, etc.
  • Official blog for teachers and students: We will create a blog for teachers and students to publish and disseminate the most important news of the project as well as the progress of the project.

PROJECT OUTLINE

The five schools of the project have experience in different areas of health and well-being and will coordinate activities within those areas:
- P1 (IT): Healthy food in contrast with junk food, scholastic garden.
- P2 (DK): Positive face-to-face relationships in contrast to relations “behind the screen”, prevention of bullying.
- P3 (SL): Practicing sports in contrast to obesity.
- P4 (LT): Environmental awareness, sustainability and recycling in contrast to climate changes.
- P5 (ES): Healthy use of mobile devices, prevention of cyber-bullying.
The partnership share the commitment to promote health at school by adopting a global approach to education. This eTwinning project is being developed in parallel to the Erasmus+ KA229 application (March 2020 deadline).
With the implementation of the project, the partners aim to achieve a change in habits of students and teachers toward their wellbeing and healthier and more sustainable lifestyles.

NETIQUETTE RULES / COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION

Teachers communicate through email, the eTwinning platform, a WhatsApp group (only for coordinators), Messenger and through online meetings with MEET. Some of the tools are described below.

To make the TwinSpace a pleasant space for students and teachers it is important that we follow some Netiquette to achieve our goals.

Having a shared Google Drive folder has many benefits, including sharing confidential information of project participants.

Teachers and students will share the TwinSpace of the project.

Introduce yourself and your school in the corresponding activity.

We will support each other to build up and organize a pleasant TwinSpace.

Visit the TwinSpace regularly.

Upload your best work to the project journal.

While the Teacher Bulletin is used for communications and questions write positive comments to your partners' posts.

Respect the deadline of the project tasks.

Speak with your students about e-safety and invite them as members of the TwinSpace, but first ask their parents' permission.

Now, we're ready to start our journey!

TEACHER BULLETIN

We use it to remember the activities to be carried out with clear and simple instructions, send or receive materials, follow up the activities, ask questions and resolve doubts.

PLATFORM INTERNAL MAIL SERVICE

Thanks to this service, we remind partners of the activities to be carried out or inform them of aspects related to the project.

LATEST UPDATES

We present and inform the rest of the participants about the progress made in carrying out the activities. Teachers and students give and receive constructive feedback.

For collaborative tasks we use the TwinSpace, the blog and the project website.
